Personalisation and design approval
For customised products, the Customer confirms that submitted content is correct and does not infringe copyright, trademarks or other third-party rights. Where a proof is provided, production begins after approval.
- Check wording, spelling, size, colour, placement and image quality before approval.
- After approval, changes are possible only if production has not started and may affect price or timing.
- The Seller may reject unlawful, offensive or clearly infringing content.
Payment

- The Customer must provide accurate recipient details and ensure that the parcel can be received.
- For a material delay or unavailable product, the Seller will agree a new date or refund.
- Risk passes when the Customer or a nominated third party receives the goods.
Withdrawal and returns
A consumer may withdraw from a standard, non-personalised product within 14 days of receipt. Notice must be given in writing and the item returned within a further 14 days. Full details are on the Returns and exchanges page.
- The Customer pays direct return costs unless the item is defective or non-conforming.
- The Seller may withhold a refund until receiving the item or proof of return.
- The Customer is responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond normal inspection.
- Withdrawal does not apply to made-to-order or clearly personalised goods; rights regarding defects remain unaffected.
Defective or non-conforming goods
The Seller is responsible for conformity as required by law. A consumer may submit a conformity claim within two years after delivery and should notify the Seller of an issue without undue delay.
- Include the order number, description and, where possible, photographs.
- Depending on the circumstances, the Customer may request free repair or replacement.
- If those remedies are impossible or disproportionate, a price reduction or termination may apply under law.

Liability, force majeure and disputes
Neither party is responsible for failure caused by circumstances that could not reasonably be foreseen or prevented, but the other party must be informed promptly. Disputes are first addressed through negotiation or written correspondence.
- If no agreement is reached, consumers may contact the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Centre or a Latvian court.
- Consumers may also use available Latvian alternative dispute-resolution mechanisms.
- Latvian law applies to matters not covered by these terms.
